GuardAccess provides an API that checks whether email addresses and phone numbers are well-formed and likely reachable. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You may use GuardAccess only for contacts you have a lawful basis to process. You may not use it to build or clean lists for unsolicited bulk messages (spam), harassment, fraud, or to target people who have opted out. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Each renewal adds that plan's credits. Buyers in Ghana and the rest of Africa pay through our payment processor, Paystack, in local currency. Everyone else buys through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle sells the subscription to you, charges any sales tax or VAT, handles billing questions and refunds for those orders, and its buyer terms apply to that purchase. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires. Credits have no cash value.
Name Match tells you whether the name a person gave matches the name registered on their Ghana mobile money wallet, as a verdict and score. It never returns the registered name. Use it only at sign-up or onboarding to check a person who gave you that number, with their consent, and never to look up people or build lists. GuardAccess does not store or resell any account data.
Results are best-effort signals, not guarantees. Carrier data reflects original number allocation and may not reflect porting. Do not rely on GuardAccess as the sole basis for decisions with legal or significant effects on a person.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
